I’ve been working for A First Name Basis for a couple of months not once have I thought about switching companies I love my job and especially my clients staffing has great communication!! Mr. Moniesia & Mr. Mass are excellent care management!! Absolutely the best job I have ever had! It doesn't feel like a job because this is my passion! I plan on furthering my education and growing with this company! The pay is very great and they offer Daily Pay which helps me out SO much planning my finances! Thank you so much to Massie and Monesia for giving me this opportunity! Yall are the best! Very personable and so super sweet and made my orientation a breeze and believed in me! I am so so great full for those ladies!!!!
I have been working for y'all all most three yrs.. I love mi job with take care of mi clients. Moshea n Mrs mass are great care management . Them n especially mi clients what make me stay. Mi clients are number 1. I tell people come work for first name basic.
Although I did not work for the agency long, it is a great place to work. Positive workplace culture, excellent communication, and flexibility during the hiring process.
My aide is the best! I don’t know what I would do without her. First Name Basis is easy to work with and a life-saver.
