First name basis keeps great communication with their clients and their staff is very thorough and dependable. I'm completely paralyzed and with their assistance I'm able to live in my own and they provide me with almost around the clock care.
I just love Monique, she is so respectful of me and my house. She keeps me informed if she is going to be late or can't make it here. That is something that is extremely important to me.
