I’m really surprised to see all these negative reviews. We recently had a young man named Jefferson come out to fix our Jen air range. We needed both oven to be fixed as well as two of the burners and he did a wonderful job. Of course he had to order parts and that took a little bit of time, but that is to be expected . My husband and I both really appreciate the professionalism of Jefferson as well as the ladies who we talk to on the phone at the office.

I would have given 1 star since it took 3 weeks for A GO Home Appliance to fix and the fact that their receptionists are shady and make up reasons as to why they can't come out, but I am adding 2 more stars since the two technicians that finally came were very cordial and actually fixed my washer. Word of advice, if you cannot make it to a customer that day, it should be required you treat them as priority and finish the job the next day. I got an old GE fridge has light but not cooling. Omar came the next day and performed the diagnosis. He is very professional and communicated clearly that the board is fried. I declined the repair and going to get a new one
