The Aslan & Sons Technician through "A Go Home Appliance" fixed my dryer - he was very detailed about cleaning throughout, especially hard to get places in the back. He took his time, and I really appreciate that he explained everything to me. Their customer service was excellent, I feel bad that others have had a bad experience but maybe they've changed and upgraded their services. They called to let me know where I was in the queue and the approximate time of arrival.
Came earlier than expected, very professional and courteous completed job in a timely fashion and dryer still working well.
I had a GREAT experience with A GO Home Appliance! Pedro did a detailed diagnosis for our refridgerator and ordered faulty parts. The office was prompt to get the parts and schedule follow up appointment to replace the faulty parts. Within a week we had our refridgerator repaired. Very pleased with the service and promptness
