AGo technician Ronaldo arrived promptly as scheduled by his office and has worked hard to fix my washing machine. He is competent, personable and thorough, as well as leaving my place clean of any parts or trash. I have confidence in him.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Our Whirlpool washer started making the craziest noise toward the end of each cycle. I contacted Lowe's to submit a warranty claim. They assigned me to this company and when I looked at reviews my stomach dropped. I immediately wanted to reach out and ask if i could switch companies but I said no, maybe my experience will be different... Thankfully it was 🙏🏾!!
