The floors are beautiful and the service was great. There was a delay from the manufacturer, and A Plus bent over backward to still get the job done on time.
We love our new hardwood floor in our kitchen. The installers matched up the grain on the new hardwood with the grain on the old hardwood from the dining room. Everyone was professional, showing up on time and making sure the floor was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!!

Guys came at 9:00 am. Left at 8:00pm They were professional and polite. They cleaned up before they left Oscar and his associate did a great job. Love the quality of the carpet. Our salesman , Keenan, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all our questions
Do not use this company. Sales staff were wonderful, but beyond that there was mistake after mistake and resistance from the owner of trying to work out a reasonable solution. First, the person sent out to measure forgot to note that the stairs were open and the runner needed to be bound. Rough carpet was sent out and I had to wait over 10 days for them to return with bound carpet. Then the installers brought the wrong color carpet from the warehouse. I will never never never buy carpet from A Plus Carpet and Flooring again. I am not at all pleased with my buying experience with this merchant.
Over-measured the area by several hundred square feet. I was charged for the carpet which was not delivered. I think it is being dishonest and slick. I demand a refund and an apology for overcharging me.
The primary reason for the low review is that the installer damaged my dresser, the door frame, and the corner of my freshly painted wall moving the dresser back into the bedroom. The installer insists that this did not happen, in spite of the photos, and A Plus denied responsibility. I was not asking for repair of the furniture -- I understand that accidents happen. I am very disappointed in this experience and the subsequent customer service.
The entire operation is a fake it till you make it. The office had really good staff there until you either get fired via text or sends someone to do it instead of being a owner and doing it himself. Staff and customers are lied to on a daily basis. Jessica is a lost in space owner as well,to timid to speak up when she knows things are messed up, but being a loopie blond we all that worked there saw and watched on a daily basis.
