George and his partner just left my home and were both incredibly professional and provided quick/quality service! George went above and beyond by fixing another issue that wasn't part of the original service call with no extra charge. If you want friendly, quality, and prompt work, I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys out! Thank you for a fantastic experience!
I had an on demand water heater and softer installed. A Pro beat out 4 other bids by a wide margin. Service was great and system works flawlessly. In addition, I had a hose bib repaired. Both times A Pro showed up to do work at my house, the technicians were respectful, friendly, competent and efficient. Highly trust and recommend these guys.
I've used A Pro three times now—once for a water heater repair, once for replacing old pipe coming in from the well, and once to install a new garbage disposal. Steve was very knowledgeable on the phone on my first call, and Clint did the work. Clint was always right on time, very professional, and more than happy to answer questions. I will definitely return to these guys again.
I had some complaints about the work they did and the length of work they did, but the owner really just wanted his money and so I being an honest person paid him for a premium wage that they let an apprentice do themselves. They were not prepared; took hours longer and in a simple job (they were not the only company that I got a quote from) and then didn't even bother to care that it took my entire day for their lack of experience. Jorge was awesome to work with! He quickly diagnosed the issue and did the work for less than half the price that we were quoted from other companies. Really glad we went with A Pro, will definitely use them in the future!
