0 stars if I could. I reached out to this company initially looking to have my air conditioner serviced, and they seemingly had good prices. First red flag was the vendor taking 2+ hours to inspect the AC. I suspect he was just using the bathroom. He then noted several issues we’ve never experienced before, offering to fix them at affordable prices. Didn’t happen. Instead, our AC started blowing hot air whenever it was on. They are absolutely scamming people. They told me the coils couldn’t be replaced because they supposedly weren’t compatible with the older unit—and that I’d have to replace the entire system for $7,800! Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. I had another HVAC technician come out from a different company, and guess what? They fixed the issue with no problem at all—for just $80. A&R Complete Service told us it would take 4 days before they could come out to check our air conditioner. During which it was hitting 100 degrees outside. We have pets and seniors in the home but that didnt warrant any emergency. When they showed up, the technician didn't have the correct ladder. They did not try to reschedule or call the supervisor. As a property manager, dealing with A & R Complete Service has been a complete nightmare. They were assigned through home warranty and have done nothing but cause unnecessary delays with zero accountability. Their lack of communication is beyond frustrating — I’ve had to call them and the home warranty company back and forth for days, and still, nothing is resolved. Had a great experience with A & R Complete Service Crop.! Shadd and Maurice came out to help with my Nest thermostat issue, which wasn't working properly on the first floor of the house I recently moved into. After diagnosing the issue and they concluded that the thermostat needed to be replaced. I agreed and they made sure the new thermostat they replaced was working smoothly before leaving.
