My central air stopped working on a day with extreme heat warnings. The office was closed so I left a message. The owner personally called me within 30 minutes to get all of the information needed to have his technician come out the next day! He was on time, polite, professional and got me up & running. I am so grateful for this company and how much of priority they made me! I highly recommend A&R!!
My central AC wasn’t cooling down. An A&R Complete Service dispatch contacted me shortly after I placed a service request and scheduled an appointment. Technician Carson arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue clearly and fixed it by replacing the condenser fan. Carson was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. Thanks to his expertise, my AC is now working perfectly. I highly recommend A&R Complete Service and technician Carson for their excellent service.
I don't know the techs name because I was not there, my aunt was. But the gentleman who came out to do warranty work on my AC was professional and very nice. He made sure to wear booties in my house, explained what was necessary, offered options and was never pushy about my decision. Jst stated facts and that was it.
Had a great experience with A & R Complete Service Crop.! Shadd and Maurice came out to help with my Nest thermostat issue, which wasn't working properly on the first floor of the house I recently moved into. This company was assigned through our home warranty. I was happy because they were came at 8:10 am on a Sunday. They fixed the issue but didn’t restore the water correctly. I called multiple times and they said they would be back. It is now 4 pm and we still have no water. Can’t flush our toilets take showers or finish our laundry…. TBC…
