This is Horrible company and unorganized into the person who replied to my rating. I have a lot of evidence against you and your business that I will be taking to court in the labor law. Please see the attached emails to your email, They are actually fraud as well. Great company. Helped me out when I needed them the most.
The company is very unorganized. They do not have enough caregivers in staff to cover if one calls out. The caregiver w were sent did and hours worth of work and then sat and played on the phone for 3 hours. Didnt show 2 days, left early 2 days and did not interact with my father whom she was hired to care for. I wouldnt recommend this company at all. When i advised of some of the issues I got an oh sorry and shrug of the shoulders.
