A to Z home care is a top tier caregiving connection agency. They were pleasant, efficient, fair during my time dealing with them. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
This is Horrible company and unorganized into the person who replied to my rating. I have a lot of evidence against you and your business that I will be taking to court in the labor law. Please see the attached emails to your email, They are actually fraud as well. The company is very unorganized. They do not have enough caregivers in staff to cover if one calls out. The caregiver w were sent did and hours worth of work and then sat and played on the phone for 3 hours. Didnt show 2 days, left early 2 days and did not interact with my father whom she was hired to care for. I wouldnt recommend this company at all. When i advised of some of the issues I got an oh sorry and shrug of the shoulders.
It is so sad to me that this company is so unorganized and hires employees with little to no experience to help the disabled, sick and most vulnerable individuals. I have had the worst time trying to get adequate care for my mother who is complete bed ridden and unable to do almost anything for herself. Her "care attendant" would frequently call off and there never was a replacement. We had called sharing our grievances about this exact subject and still nothing or no one was ever sent to rectify the call outs. We don't want... read more
Tony and Tasha are fantastic. I tend to an ALS patient and their support and care giver (Shane) are great. I'm 70 and the support they give us enables me to still be a part of Veronica's life. Thank you so much
