I have American home shield. Had this company come out two times to diagnose my ac. Neither time did they fix the issue. Claimed a blower motor was bad. Quoted me $1400. They submitted fake pictures to American home shield. They denied the claim. Called another ac company out. Blower motor is covered by Trane for 10 years. Just had to pay labor to install it. Sold. Do not do business with this AC company. Just look at the reviews.
American Homeshield contracts this company. They are the worst company ever. They had to come to my house 5 times in a week and a half before they finally figured out what the issue was. The technician who had come out the first time came again and couldn't figure out what the problem was. He said he had to come back with his supervisor who was more knowledgeable. He said he would come back the same day. After waiting all day I called to find out what time they would be coming and was told he had closed the job as completed.... read more
