Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Company What a frustrating and disappointing experience. After five visits to address a simple AC drain pipeline issue, the situation has only gotten worse after each technician’s visit. Instead of fixing the problem, they now claim that my homebuilder installed the wrong AC unit – something they apparently couldn’t identify during the first or even second visit? Update: Marty Torres, the technician was amazing and made up two of the one stars! The lack of communication on the administrative end was not cool. Marty has 37 (I believe) years in the business and was light hearted and made the hot house seem like an easy issue to correct which he did within an hour of arriving. The technician Nick was so professional and nice. He took his time repairing our air conditioner and made sure we understood what was going on with it. He was able to be flexible with us for scheduling our appointment time due to us working. He really made this whole experience stress free. The company called and informed us that we would be hearing from a technician. From there, it was all smooth. Thank you Nick!
A-US Air handled my AC issue quickly & correctly. Paul Hall was my service technician, he was very knowledgeable & did a wonderful job of getting us back up and running. This is our second time using this company & both times were great, I highly recommend this company.
I do not normally write reviews, but Lyle did a great job diagnosing and my repairing my Air Conditioner. I had my AC serviced by another company about two weeks ago because I had a blank screen. Unfortunately, screen went out again so I called AHS, my home warranty to get it fixed. I was very skeptical with this company because of the bad reviews but Lyle, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable and found what the issue in less then 15 min.
