My washers water pump went out on a Sunday and Richard showed up on that Monday. With his 20+ years of knowledge he had me up and running within an hour. After he arrived he quickly diagnosed and replaced my broken water pump with genuine parts. I have no complaints and my kids are happy they dont have to go to a laundromat. If any other appliance breaks, I will call Richard with A1 Best Appliance Repair.
Had the pleasure of having Richard repair my Samsung French door refrigerators condenser fan which had left the chat. he came on Sunday to diagnose the issue and returned on Monday after the parts house had opened. We also chatted about some cool things he's working on and I want to buy a misternaut from him when get get that business rolling.
Richard was amazing. Not only did he provide me with information on how to do it myself. He was very pleasant. Was on time and provided awesome service. Price was below what I had expected to pay. Definitely would recommend him
Richard did a great job of explaining what would be necessary to repair our dryer and the overall condition of it. Price was very reasonable and gave recommendations as to how to extend the dryer's life.
Richard is incredible! It’s easy to take advantage of people who are not an expert in your field these days, but Richard still has integrity and it’s refreshing. He helped me troubleshoot an issue with a dishwasher a few months ago over the phone, and didn’t even make me pay to come out as he knew immediately it wouldn’t be reparable.
