My washers water pump went out on a Sunday and Richard showed up on that Monday. With his 20+ years of knowledge he had me up and running within an hour. After he arrived he quickly diagnosed and replaced my broken water pump with genuine parts. I have no complaints and my kids are happy they dont have to go to a laundromat. If any other appliance breaks, I will call Richard with A1 Best Appliance Repair.
Richard is incredible! It’s easy to take advantage of people who are not an expert in your field these days, but Richard still has integrity and it’s refreshing. He helped me troubleshoot an issue with a dishwasher a few months ago over the phone, and didn’t even make me pay to come out as he knew immediately it wouldn’t be reparable. Richard is an absolute Saint! He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, informative and responsive. He gave great advice on how to proceed with my appliance. I hope I won't need any future repairs but if I do he's the first one I'm calling.
Excellent service. He also left me zip tie to clean out my gasket. And trick to use 1/2 cup backing soda in drum for wash. Also he reminded my my salt was empty in my water softener! Richard is the BEST.
Technician was pleasant and professional. He fixed my LG dryer quickly and for a fair price. I highly recommend this company.
