My washing machine went out on me at the end of Sept and a quick search pointed me to A1. Richard responded right away and even helped me troubleshoot over the phone and via text. It was agreed that my washer was done and not worth repairing. So Richard put me in contact with his "whole seller" Manuel to get a "reconditioned" machine. My washers water pump went out on a Sunday and Richard showed up on that Monday. With his 20+ years of knowledge he had me up and running within an hour. After he arrived he quickly diagnosed and replaced my broken water pump with genuine parts. I have no complaints and my kids are happy they dont have to go to a laundromat. If any other appliance breaks, I will call Richard with A1 Best Appliance Repair.
Had the pleasure of having Richard repair my Samsung French door refrigerators condenser fan which had left the chat. he came on Sunday to diagnose the issue and returned on Monday after the parts house had opened. We also chatted about some cool things he's working on and I want to buy a misternaut from him when get get that business rolling.
Unfortunately I didn't get to use Richard's services because my washer wasn't worth the price to repair. I called Richard off of a list I got from LG customer service. Right away he was very forthcoming about his service and asked about my issues rather than just showing up and charging me the door service price. He was able to diagnose my issues over the phone and advise me not to pursue a repair and instead gave me advice on the type of unit to look for to suit my family's uses/needs. Richard was amazing. Not only did he provide me with information on how to do it myself. He was very pleasant. Was on time and provided awesome service. Price was below what I had expected to pay. Definitely would recommend him
