When the workmen were at my house, they advised that they needed a different ladder to reach some of the gutters to be cleaned. They said they would return and would leave me their card to tell me when they returned. I have not received any notice that they returned to complete the cleaning.
I expressed my concern that I did not want the gutter installed under the roofline on the back of the house and they proceeded to install it there anyway. I still have water coming into the back porch. We will be ripping off the back porch at some point in the future, so we will just live with it. They also didn't remove the existing down spouts at the back of the house, so we did. Otherwise, the gutter is nice and wide and accents the house.
Service was fast and quality was good. We had to have custom pieces fabricated and the turnaround time was less than 2 weeks.
A1 were great to work with got the job completed quickly and professionally. The gutters look great! I couldn't be home when they came to give me the estemate and we had a small communication gap on one of the downspouts, A1 worked with me promptly and quickly to get everything was exactly how I wanted it.
They were friendly and efficient.
The gutters look beautiful. They match the house perfectly and they were fast and cleaned everything up. I am using them again on another house on Thursday. Way to do A#1 Gutters!

WORKERS WERE ON TIME, PERFORMED SERVICES PROFESSIONALLY, & MADE SUGGESTIONS THAT WERE MORE EFFICIENT & LESS COSTLY. JOB OVERALL WAS A BIT PRICEY FOR THE SMALL AREA SERVICED
Had a little communication problem at first but it was all fixed. The techs that came to do the work were prompt and polite. They knew their job and did it well. There is only one part of the outcome I didn't like but the tech told me they did not have the part to do it different.
