I can’t say enough good things about AAA Liquor License Consulting and Jason in particular. From day one, Jason was helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. Early on in our process, the devastating Palisades fires that claimed so many homes and businesses occurred, and Jason was personally affected by them. Despite everything he was dealing with, he remained fully committed to helping me and made sure all the necessary work was done to secure my license. That level of dedication truly speaks volumes abo... read more
I had an excellent experience working with Jason. I am currently in the process of purchasing a bar and transferring a liquor license, and our meeting was incredibly informative and valuable. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about liquor licensing, business acquisitions, and the entire transfer process. He took the time to walk me through every step, answer all of my questions, and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. What can seem like a complicated and overwhelming process suddenly felt much more manageabl... read more
Jason Kho is hands down the best in the business. Do not let the title "liquor license consultant" fool you. This man knows the ins and outs of everything from zoning and neighborhood councils to commercial real estate, landlord negotiations, and city permitting across all of Los Angeles. He came highly recommended and completely delivered. We brought Jason in to consult on a complex mixed-use concept, and within one conversation, he had already mapped out a path forward, flagged pitfalls we never would have seen coming, an... read more
Long story short, our restaurant was waiting for our type 41 license for a long time... couldn't wait any longer since Valentine's Day was coming up, so did some research on google and found AAA Liquor License Consulting due to the reviews. The reviews were legit. To sum it up, Jason was straight forward, knew what he was talking about from front to back, and the pricing was really reasonable and clear compared to others we've talked to. And also, unlike other places, we weren't pressured to choose his service. Within a... read more
