I never ever write reviews but I had an insanely great experience using AAA self-storage I had to give them a shout out! Charged me 125 dollars to move one bed across the parking lot to a new building. They lost a key structural piece of my bed frame, and now are ghosting me and not returning my calls when I’m just trying to see if they left it on their truck. Thanks, dudes. Now I have to pay to have it replaced. It kind of stinks because they were otherwise nice people, but this is a key support bar of the frame that I can’t use the thing without, so I basically paid 125 dollars for 14 minutes of work and to not be able to use my bed frame.

These guys did a great job of doing a local move for us in Stillwater. Great crew of 4 hard working guys that knew what they were doing and were very careful with all of our things. Very polite, very friendly. Easy to get along with. Sure saved me a lot of work!

Good storage facility. Friendly home town people running it . Wouldn't want it any other way.
