I've been using Lighthouse storage, for some time now and thoroughly enjoy being being a customer. Automatic payment monthly (super convenient), weekly on site manager to ensure maintenance on buildings, can call in issues anytime and always get an answer by friendly people you can understand, locked/secured gate with personal code access. Affordable prices. One thing that I do hate, is the are NO CAMERAS, but we've had zero issues!!! None at all. Great spot on E 4th street location.
First, I would like to note that I haven’t had a consistent price for my unit in I don’t know how long. It constantly changes. I was grateful when the price went down Before summer considering I’m literally renting a Space smaller than my closet…. Now it’s slowly started creeping back up. They’re bragging about renovations, but my unit hasn’t seen any renovations. The weatherstrip along the bottom of the door is broken. Actually, it’s dry rotted. When I first called the Lighthouse the lady I talked to was very nice and gave me a Great Deal. Where my Storage is they are under construction but they are working hard to fix the place up. I would recommend renting from the Lighthouse. Everybody I talked to has been very professional and kind.
A very cost efficient storage facility one of the cheapest around definitely recommend using light house storage for your storage needs the staff is very friendly and always on top of the phone line
They have taken care of our possessions carefully and always meet our expectations. Wonderful storage accomodations.
