Newly installed. Talked to Brenda in Customer Service about two issues. One resolved immediately. Second required research and she offered to call back. Brenda called back with answer as promised. At this point quite satisfied with our security choice.

The installation was professionally done by Mo. he is an experienced and informative technician. Jennifer was very courteous in setting up the sales agreement. The equipment, while pricey, is easy to use. As a AAA member we do qualify for a discount off our monthly monitoring service, and they did agree to give us two months credit for the monitoring service. We would recommend AAA Smart Home for anyone’s monitoring needs.

Both technicians were so great. Very helpful, courteous and fast! They walked me through everything and gave me their opinions on how to make my house as secure as possible. They even fixed the speed of my internet!! Ha. Would definitely recommend using Smart Home.
