Everything went well, just a few hiccups on my part forgot where I placed my password for WiFi and I had to find something else which to get the app working on my phone. The tec was was very informative he explained in detail how the everything works on the panel the ins and outs very through. I have had my system since mid December 2019 and have had a great experience from the making the appointment to the install and beyond. The customer service has been great. The employees I have talked with have been friendly and helpful.
