Installation and product are great. Jack just installed the fourth system we've owned from this company...two going back before AAA owned the local provider. Jack is amazing at helping you decide what will work best for each customer as well as being a veritable genius at the installation. He provides education along the way as well. And he's just a good person. Monitoring and service coordination have been decent through AAA but their accounting department has been a mess when we've discontinued service or made changes. ... read more

If there’s a problem, the customer service department is friendly and responsive. The quality of the system is good and affordable. I’d say their customer service is what sets them apart from the competition.
