We've had 2 units with AAA over the years. Pricing is fair and service is great. Lots are well plowed in the winter. Access is straightforward.

Kristi was the employee that helped me. She was super helpful. I was lucky that they had a unit readily available. She explained the agreement thoroughly. She offered me the opportunity to purchase padlocks from them which I did not have, which saved me a lot of time. I chose to have my rent automatically billed to my credit card. I rented an additional unit as I needed it. Then when I no longer needed the storage units I gave them thirty days notice. This place goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service. They stayed open past closing time so I could get set up with a unit over the weekend, which was a huge help during my move. I appreciate the professional staff and clean facilities. For being in town, the prices are reasonable too! I highly recommend AAA Storage.

I had a wonderful experience at AAA Storage. The facilities are well maintained and secure. They called me the Monday after I moved out of my storage unit that Saturday to ask if I wanted to close my account. I appreciated this call and following up with me. They then refunded me the rest of the money for the month. I was impressed they called me instead of waiting for me to call them which could have resulted in more money for them.
