Website says it was open to 1:00 p.m. on a saturday. Drove all the way over there and the sign on the window says open to 12:00. Cool thanks
By far the worst store you can deal with and there over charging is ridiculous. I asked for a specific whirlpool tub. Nancy tells me we dont sell that but i will give you an identical one by American standard. It gets delivered to my house in a box that looks like its been eaten by a shark. We remove all the tape and pieces of cardboard and install the tub. After installing the tub i find out that i cant fit in the tub or anyone in my house and were not overweight or size people. Very rude and absolutely no respect for contractor or my time. I don't suggest this store. They know business but service not important!
I had a very bad experience with this Freehold branch of Aaron & Company. The salesman, Phil, was very arrogant and unfriendly -- a complete opposite to the image of "helpful and friendly employees" described in other customers' reviews. I wound-up going to the office manager, Peter Clark, and complaining about Phil. It seems that this establishment caters mostly to the contractors and has a very disrespectful attitude toward the DO Your Selfers, like myself.
