Staff was friendly and helpful, was given a courtesy discount because their price on a part was higher than another store which was awesome, despite that though the part was still a good 25% more expensive than a competitor
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went to Aaron & Company today to purchase a new pump for my sink. They were difficult and abrasive from the start. When they realized that I was planning on replacing this pump myself, they actually laughed in my face, and were adamant about the fact that *I* would never be able to successfully replace the pump on my own. One word best describes my experience with Aaron & Company "OUTSTANDING" Lou Ann was outstanding with helping us select exactly what we needed to design our dream bath. Lorraine was outstanding with helping us order everything for same day pick up (everything we selected were stock items) and Karen was outstanding with helping us review everything we ordered as to ensure accuracy. I will not hesitate to return when it's time for our next bath remodel. Very, very happy with everything from start to finish.
We worked with Allisa in New Brunswick for all our supplies for a complete renovation of kitchen and bathrooms. She is the most knowledgeable and personable sales rep we have come across during our whole gut renovation process. Allisa is extremely thorough and is able to point out ideas and issues that we would have never thought of. Today one can buy anything online, but you can’t get the kind of expertise and advice that Allisa provided for us with the competitive pricing as well!
