This is my second time using Aaron and his team and both times they were amazing. Aaron worked hard to get me the best rates possible in the fastest way possible. Aaron kept me informed on what the upcoming steps would be and what I should do to be prepared for them. He is always available even into the late evenings and he got me closed when he said he would. I would use Aaron again and I would recommend him to anyone I know.

We have worked with Aaron on several loans including home loans, rehab loan, and refinances. He is trustworthy, personable, and pleasure to work with. He makes everything seem simple and is willing to explain anything that is confusing. We had a few other companies reach out to us during this most recent refinance process, offering to give us a better deal, but there was no way I was going to work with anyone but Aaron! Thanks Aaron and when we are in need of loan services again, you will be who we call!

This is the second time I have worked with Aaron Hoy. Once five years ago, and just recently, for a refinance. This time he was acting as broker for a secondary lending agency. Even though the requests from the agency were sometimes overly picky and irrelevant, he and his assistant provided effective, cheerful, knowledgeable guidance throughout the experience.

Aaron was amazing to work with and incredibly knowledgeable! He was timely in communication and very quick to answer any questions we had and in great detail. He worked so efficiently to help us close as quickly as we could, beyond my expectations for sure. He is also a pleasure to work with and seems to never meet a stranger!

Buying a house is very stressful but Aaron made this so much easier for us. My wife and I are very grateful and would recommend him to all relatives and friends interested in buying a home.
