We worked with Diane. She shares her time between Freehold and New Brunswick. She was exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable. We purchased all the fixtures for our kitchen and two baths and Diane's was extremely honest in helping us choose the right part without trying to make us spend unnecessary money on items we didn't need. She was very patient with us because we changed our mind a few times on what we wanted and she continued to work with us and answer all our questions. LouAnne (New Brunswick, NJ showroom) gave great service both to my husband at the showroom and to me on the phone when I arranged the final purchase. She was professional, friendly and courteous, and she followed up quickly. I've purchased most of my bathroom fixtures from Aaron over the years - we did a complete remodeling in 2003 and those gorgeous fixtures are still in very good shape. The merchandise is top quality and I'm very happy with my purchases and with the service.

Visited this location muitlple times. Great selection and friendly sale staff. Orders arrived on time and in excellent condition. I recommend both the design showroom and the parts department.
