As a previous reviewer stated, I was reluctant considering the bad reviews and planned on calling AHS to request someone else. However, Jerry acknowledged the past bad reviews and stated previous employees were let go because of bad service. He was on time, very polite, patient, and informative. I was very skeptical about using this company because of all the bad reviews they have but I decided to give them a try instead of calling AHS back to request another contractor. To my amazement it was a very good experience that deserves 5 stars and here's why. Patty called me the same day I put in the service request to schedule the appointment, and on the day of the appointment Ray called to let me know he was headed my way. American home shield put me in contact with this company. Patty was kind and attentive to my requests. She went out Jerry and he was perfect. A kind older gentleman who was patient and careful. He took down a shower tower and installed a shower and tub faucet. He also put in valve shut offs for us. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and did a flawless job. I would definitely have Jerry back for any plumbing problems I may have in the future.
