Chirs did a fabulous job of guiding us to quality carpet selection while respecting our budget constraints. Nick did a magnificent job of scheduling the installation within our needed timeframe. Chris & Nick were able to guide us to a qualified professional to move our two large keyboard instruments. The installers were professional and worked diligently throughout installation, showing care and respect for our home in the process. We would certainly use Abbey Design center again!
Zee Pahlevan has been our Abbey contact since 2006. Her deep product knowledge and design talents have contributed to many successful projects. Ms. Pahlevan and Abbey are highly recommended.
Abbey Design replaced the carpet on our upper level as well as our stairs with hardwood floors. Our salesman, Kass, was very helpful in guiding me through the decisions involved and made sure we stayed within our budget. He was also considerate of which flooring would best suit our family (which includes small children and a dog). Kimo was our contractor and I can honestly say I have never seen anyone work so diligently. He is very talented. We are very happy with the outcome!

Excellent installation of vinyl planking (LVP) for basement and carpeting for TV room, stairs and master bedroom. Nick’s team of installers (Kimo for LVP flooring and Henry’s crew for the carpet) arrived on time, moved furniture as needed and completed the work on schedule. Kimo’s attention to detail on the vinyl planking and trim work is amazing. Thank you for a smooth project install!
I've worked with Nick at Abbey Design Center warehouse on several home projects. He is knowledgeable, kind, considerate and always willing to go the extra mile to help me with my carpets. I recently moved and had several carpets I needed reshaped and he was able to accommodate all of my requests. I can't say enough about the service.
Great experience with the Sterling location. We were looking to add a carpet runner to our wooden staircase. Beautiful samples to choose from. Professional advice from Kass at the showroom. Then we were ready to setup installation with Nick. Very good communication throughout the process. The end result were beautiful stairs!
Nick Hetrick was an exceptional individual regarding the installation of the carpet in my home on July 22. He first contacted me via telephone several week's ago to advise the potential installation date. He followed up with several emails which contained the date of installation and details I needed to attend to prior to installation. Nick Hetrick call to arrange the installation and originally said it might take two days with the size of the job. The installation teams from Abbey showed up early and quickly got to work installing tile in our laundry area as well as a complete carpet replacement upstairs in four bedrooms, walk-in closet, hall and bound stair runners down into the foyer.
