I contracted Abbey Design Center (ADC) for a total basement remodel project. The final result was spectacular, and better than I could have ever imagined. Outstanding Experience! Chris Clark is the flooring sales person. He provided superior consultation and presented a quote with the best value proposition. Nick Hetrick and his staff insured a great installation. Both Chris and Nick gave us great communicated though each stage of the process. All went as planned. We were treated with respect throughout the process. These people are in search of excellence.
We had a great experience with Abbey Design Center. Our project included a remodel of our master bath, makeover of a full bath and powder room, installing hardwood flooring throughout the upstairs and redoing the staircase with hardwood. We had a lot of help with the design and selections from Zee. She was great helping us make selections which were in our budget but also made some great suggestions wrt design and options. We had a small bathroom completely remodeled in our house so there would be a bathtub in one of our three bathrooms and an upgraded look. From beginning to end we were very pleased with everyone we dealt with, first in the Sterling office and also the Leesburg office and the two installers were extremely neat and considerate of protecting the bedroom and all other areas they passed through. Abbey Design Center recently completed our kitchen renovation. It is the second major renovation in our home this year. In January Abbey Design Center completed our master bathroom renovation. Both renovation projects are OUTSTANDING! We love the kitchen design, materials, cabinetry installation, tile work, of this project. We had wood floors installed by Abbey Design in October of 2017 and couldn't be happier. We had a great team! Kass, our sales person, was very knowledgable and helpful and helping us make the right flooring decision. Nick, the warehouse manager was great in providing us with the proper timeline for our delivery and installation time. He also paired us with Kimo to install our floors. Kimo, was truly remarkable! 5 stars all around - From beginning to end the team at Abbey Design Center in Sterling, VA brought my dreams to life. In fact, it's even more beautiful than I ever could have envisioned on my own.
