Kendall was great about explaining my options related to a raccoon in our backyard. He was sensitive to protecting our house and dogs, while also demonstrating concern for treating the captured animal as humanely as possible.

Absolutely fantastic service. The technician was timely, efficient and friendly. While I hope not to have this issue again (dead rodent in a garbage can soaked in water😳) I would highly recommend them !
