I have to say I've always had great service and professional courtesy. Phil B.,(service advisor) goes above and beyond expectations. I bought the car at ABC in 2018 and always have it serviced here. Past experience with Cisco L., was great and now Phil B., had never skipped a beat with quality of service. When I'm out of state only oil changes and tires are at Firestone but all other services are done at ABC. I appreciate mechanics and service properly caring for my vehicle. This rating is strictly for the sales representative Cam. She has been wonderful even when I have not been the most easy-going customer. She goes the extra mile, doesn't complain, she's kind and won't let you lift a finger in the process and I mean that genuinely.

This 5 Star rating is for Eddy Valdez ONLY. The only reason I keep coming back to get service at this Nissan location is because of him. This is the best experience I have had with a dealership for service. The scheduling for new client was quick and easy. They got me in for a next day appointment on a Friday-- service was very fast and good -- Scott was my representative. No bs of trying to say I needed this and that replaced. They washed my car without asking, which I love and they were very welcoming of me bringing my dog in! Five stars for me

The service at ABC Nissan was amazing! Everyone one there was very professional and had a customer first attitude, especially Jake. My a/c has been giving me issues for over 2 years and they were quick to find and fix the issues, and even provided me a loner vehicle so I could run errands while my car was being serviced. My a/c is extremely cold, and just in time for our heat wave. Thanks guys for all your hard work and dedication to getting the job done and done right.

I was traveling from CA to NC when my car wouldn't accelerate past 60mph on the fwy. At one point I was down to 45mph. I couldn't find a mechanic that would help me in the cities before Phoenix and I was lost. I called ABC Nissan from Avondale thinking I was in Phoenix and spoke to Eddie. He gave me directions and met me outside as soon as I pulled up and assured me I would be okay and everything would be fine. They took my car in immediately and diagnosed it. I just wanted to leave those five stars to Ivan in parts department. Ivan is genius, experienced and so helpful, i was struggling to find the parts for my car Murano 2018, I went to 3 dealerships non of them knew the parts I'm looking for although i was showing them the photos and explain to them about the parts I'm looking for.
