I debated writing this review, but as a mom, I would want to be aware of this experience. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Jessica Jean-Baptiste Singleton for my 3-year-old daughter, who had a fever and was complaining of significant stomach pain. Our appointment was at 4:30 PM on a Friday, but we were not seen until 5:35 PM During the exam, Dr. Singleton attempted to feel my daughter's abdomen, but my daughter was understandably tense and resisting due to pain. Came in as a new patient for my children and I had to walk out. First, I presented myself as the parent and explained that my children are insured under my x spouse (retired military). The old black lady (which by the way wasn't the one helping me), interrupted and said she needed my VA card- mind you my kids aren't insured under me AND MY VA CARD HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CHILDRENS INSURANCE!!! We have been patients of ABCD pediatrics since moving here summer of 2019, over the past several months it has been impossible to speak with anyone to schedule an appointment, both boys were extremely sick, left several messages but no call back so they were taken to an urgent care office and both children had flu b and strep. Most recently the 10 year old boy had tweaked his neck during sports so took him to the chiropractor. Been trying to get a hold of them for months, and never can reach a live person. Same voicemail for months now, "we are upgrading are system, please be patient, blah blah blah." This used to be a great pediatric office.
