It was my first visit with Dr. Khurshid. I loved his bedside manner, courteous, and a good listener. His explanations where thorough and he didn't get impatient when I asked questions. He made me feel comfortable.
The staff at the outpatient center was efficient and effective from the Covid screener to the PCT who took my history and data. Dr Khurshid is an excellent clinician and a nice man. I felt well cared for and will return to LUMC for future care.
Doctor Khurshid was very thorough and explained all of my questions in clear and concise terms. He reviewed the history on the Cpap memory card and called to provide a detailed explanation of his findings. I also received a call from the cpap provider to inform Me that Dr. Khurshid has requested I receive an updated coal machine that has WiFi capability so he can follow my progress remotely. I have no problem with the doctor but I am very disappointed with Loyola Medicine as they seem overly concerned about churning patients into other unnecessary appointments and tests. This is my 2nd doctor visit at Loyola, the first was to establish care with a primary and to obtain a medication prescription, a continued medication I have been on for 20 years.
