I’ve never had issues with Dr.Battjes Or any of the staff I think they’re awesome. They take their time ask questions and explain to you what’s going on I’ve been going to Dr. Battjes for many many years. She’s always helped me. I think she’s a very good doctor.! Believe me if I wasn’t happy with her I would’ve left her long time ago, but I have a lot of faith in her. Dr. Battjes and her team Becky and Jen Are the best. The one thing I tell them frequently is. Thank you for listening because every time I leave the office I feel I have been heard and there is a plan for resolving whatever issues I'm having. Dr. Battjes keeps it real with her patience. I love that she doesn't sugarcoat things and she gives it to you like it is.
Like the colors in the waiting room but needs some pictures on the walls. Staff are friendly nurse Becky is the best friendly and the best phlebotomist you could ever find Dr B is great as well listens well but sometimes has too much energy but am well cared for. Completely satisfied
The office is well run and wait time was not too long. I felt my concerns were acknowledged and discussed appropriately with the nurse and Dr. Battles. I found both to listen well and seemed to work well as a team. My concerns were addressed and suggestions made that were appropriate.
Dr. Battjes has been my primary provider for many years. She has taken the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I feel blessed to have had consistent care from her over the years.
