I went to the office three my nrha ago, got a three month refill on my meds. Tried to get a refill and was denied, no reason given. Called my Dr and was told I can't have my very necessary non narcotic medicine until I come see her. Fine I make an appointment even though I was just there. Oh well she doesn't have any appointments for a month and will not refill my meds until I see her. The lack of ethics is disgusting. Abigail was extremely kind and patient and took the time to really listen to the whole picture, which is not the norm anymore. I highly recommend her!
After 1.5 hrs waiting, was still not being seen, as a NEW PATIENT. Osf employee, too. Not acceptable.
