Matt was extremely helpful and thorough!
Our technician, Jake, was very helpful when he came to fix our ice maker in our fridge. He explained what was wrong, which was actually an issue that Samsung is under a class action lawsuit for. He told us we could get it fixed for free if we called Samsung, and explained exactly what we needed to do. I am very pleased with the service, as he could have just said it would be $900 to fix and left. They came out, diagnosed the issues then returned a few days later when the parts came and installed them for exactly the estimated cost. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.
They were responsive and nice. But unfortunately they told me something I already knew and charged me the $99 to come check it out. I wish they were up front about the visit fee.
He quickly knew what to try first. Hit the circuit breaker and that did it. Quick fix and no parts needed. Next time I'll try it myself.
