Nate was our tech. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very polite. He came in figured out our issue and ordered the part. On the day the part arrived, appointment was made for the next day but our frig completely stop working. Nate came same day and worked late. He had a very long day but is very much appreciated at our home. We will use Able from now on with request that Nate is the one they send to our home.

We have used Able appliance A few times over the last few year.They are always dependable. They fix the issue at a fair price. John Beckner was our technician yesterday. He came in and repaired our front loader washing machine that leaked when spinning out, right away. John was well groomed, knowledgeable and friendly.
