Everyone was so friendly. They were very thorough with explaining the options for my dog. They were able to get her nails clipped, I’m so glad we found them for my pets care.
I had a great experience at Aborn Pet Hospital in Fremont. I brought my dog in early morning after he swallowed something and was struggling, almost choking and trying to vomit. Even without a prior appointment, the team accepted him right away as an emergency case, which I deeply appreciated. Dr. Ravi was incredibly professional and calm. Took my 2 cats here about 10 times now. We live an hour away, but Dr Mann is the best vet around. Originally we came here with a tooth emergency and could schedule an apt within a day. Since then, the doctor treated several other things. I like that they suggest procedures (like getting infected tissue assessed) but don't force you. I want to get to the bottom of any issues of my babies. I have Metlife Pet insurance which covers annual dental cleanings and basically all visits to them. We brought our dog to this vet because he started skipping on his rear leg. They took a quick exam and recommended X-ray with a bill of double-digit items, totaling at $2000 (FYI, a fair price of X-ray is about $650). Within those items, they are charging everyone a "XRay priority fee". Yes you read it right, every body is a "priority". We didn't accept it and went to another vet. First time service, doctor was great (feedback from my daughter). Manager here is incredibly rude on the phone. Very “matter of fact” attitude. First and last time going here. What a disappointment! They didn’t honor the first time wellness exam. Please read the fine print (not shown on the page under wellness exam).
