I have been taking my fur babies there ever since I got them. I love to board them there because I know they are taken care of and loved. Both of my babies are vetted there. So I know if there is a problem it will be taken care of. The staff all recognize my pets and love on them.
we visited your facility for the first time today after being very disgusted with our previous pet care facility.. I must say my wife and I were very impressed with the interaction your staff provided. You were very thorough in your care and investigating why an important member of our family was feeling sick. What they say in their "About" is so true! Just in for our dog's 6 month check after recovery from DISTEMPER! Gracie is wonderful! Dr Shanna Hardin was willing to work with our animal natropath, Dr Kat Morris, with an alternative treatment. So grateful to all the staff from front desk personnel (Amanda), to Daniel our tech & especially Dr Shanna! They DO make us feel as if Gracie is "considered family"! Never rushed through. This is truly an amazing facility with dedicated staff. They really do love our dogs and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help them. We highly recommend them for all your let's needs.
The compassion and care we received from the doctors and staff when our cat was attacked was so comforting. Our Gideon may be gone, but his little brothers will always be taken care of by Above & Beyond.
