I recently visited this ABA center for an initial tour/consultation, and unfortunately, my experience raised serious concerns. During the 1.5 hours I was there, I observed a young child who appeared to have been sitting in soiled clothing the entire time. It was very noticeable and concerning that this was not addressed while I was present. Our family’s experience with this program was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the beginning, my nephew’s parents were told that their insurance would cover most of the cost, that they would only be responsible for approximately $10 per day, and that services would be reevaluated after six months due to an insurance hour cap. I have experienced amazing success on my two kids since they started ABS. They were really understandable about some changes with our schedule. I recommend it !
I am writing this review to express my deep concerns regarding the experiences my daughter has had at ABS Kids Layton Center over the past couple of years. Initially, we were satisfied with the services provided, but recent developments have caused significant distress. They have been great. My daughter is really improving on so many levels I thought impossible. Her technician has been so good with her and the therapist in charge was very helpful in keeping me informed.
