Absolutely horrible customer service! I had attempted to call multiple times to inquire about services for my daughter; what ages they helped, what services for her age, and cost of those services. I believe these to be basic information and I wanted to get these questions answered before signing up for services. No one answered after multiple days so I left a message and a day later filled out a form on their website to get additional information. I love that they work with older kids as well as younger. My child enjoys being at ABS and looks forward to being there. Everyone I've encountered is so nice and professional. I highly recommend!
We love ABS kids. I would rate them higher but an area that needs some improvement (it’s a problem in other places too, not just ABS kids) is that there are just not enough people to give the therapy. We have been waiting for almost a year (10 months). We are getting a little therapy now (because our therapist is wonderful and is going above and beyond for us) but we are far from getting what our plan says we need. Once you get in, it will be wonderful, but getting in will take a while.
Our son’s behavior skill has improved a lot after 6 months attending the ABS kids at Hendersonville TN. We can’t wait to see him keep improving. Thankyou so much specially to TAMMY BUICE ( The Therapist) , we are so lucky to have you as his therapist.
I have to say this program has changed my sons life from barely being able to say who he is to a complete flip he can actually tell me what he needs and can even go pee on his own we are still working on his potty training but i love seeing him be more and more independent each and every day
