My son was excited during the first few weeks he seemed to like it , the reason I enrolled him mainly because I needed support with potty training. He was 6 at the time & partially potty trained for 3years . They assured me they could help, but after he became comfortable and started having accidents, they sent him home for two weeks claiming he had a fever, which he didn’t just having a bowel movement. I am so impressed with the care and attention that my son gets here. Yan, Brandon and Mason have really helped my son reach his goals and exceeded my expectations. I’m proud to say my son is finally going to the bathroom on his own and is even talking to me in complete sentences. Before this program I really didn’t have very much hope but I now know with the skills that they have taught me and the constant work they put into my son I know he’s going to be OK thank you everyone here you’re the best.
Absolutely horrible customer service! I had attempted to call multiple times to inquire about services for my daughter; what ages they helped, what services for her age, and cost of those services. I believe these to be basic information and I wanted to get these questions answered before signing up for services. No one answered after multiple days so I left a message and a day later filled out a form on their website to get additional information. Our son’s behavior skill has improved a lot after 6 months attending the ABS kids at Hendersonville TN. We can’t wait to see him keep improving. Thankyou so much specially to TAMMY BUICE ( The Therapist) , we are so lucky to have you as his therapist.
I love that they work with older kids as well as younger. My child enjoys being at ABS and looks forward to being there. Everyone I've encountered is so nice and professional. I highly recommend!
