I am writing this review based on my experience a little less than two years ago because I feel it is important for other parents to know and I have finally been able to heal from the situation. My son is autistic and was approved for Aba and given a therapist who at first was really nice and my son was doing great with. She would constantly not show up . I want to express my frustration and disappointment with the service rendered by ABS Kids. Would not recommend due to the following reason as per our experience - unable to recruit RBT even in 6 months in area like Escondido, CA, No plan of action, Lack of transparency, compassion, dignity, and respect towards the client. For the love of God, do not go to any ABS Kids company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was trying to get the proper care for my child, but all they are is complete money hungry. They have told me that my child’s services were free and then I got 3 HUGE bills and we have to pay it out of pocket. They need to be more organized and state what is actually going on and what goes around in this company. Worst place to bring your child for services!! Don't bring your child around Nick he's irresponsible and aggressive and lies!! Staf will cover up for each other and make you like a villain and gaslight you. They will cover up and never answer for their wrong behavior!!!

Avoid this place at all costs! This is hands down the worst ABA therapy center in San Diego. The staff acts like they’re doing you a favor just by showing up, even though they hardly do their jobs. They’re impossible to reach by phone, and when they do answer, Reagan—one of the staff members—is consistently dishonest and provides misleading information.
