I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at ABS Kids. My son was dropped from their program simply because he had the flu, pneumonia And ear infection, which is already a difficult situation for any parent to manage. When I later tried to re-enroll him, the director Sarah denied without any reasonable explanation or consideration. This felt very unprofessional and lacking in compassion. My sons been going to the ABS kids off 4th & Center , in rancho since June 2025. They have been so amazing when it comes to him! His BT Ray genuinely cares about him and his development. We have parent training with Joelle who has done an amazing job of tailoring his goals and really getting to know him. We have a great time working through the plans for my son, & he’s made so much progress the biggest being that he is now potty trained ! Our son had his ABA therapist call out every single day for 5 days straight, he had 2 different therapist one in the morning and one in the afternoon and they all happen to be "sick" all week. No coverage was provided as an alternative.
Awesome place. I see a difference in my kids behavior. He learned how to communicate with me by using some sign language. This make it easier for both of us.
The wait to get service was pretty long, but I’m so happy with how my daughter is progressing. She has been receiving therapy for about 6 weeks and she’s becoming social with other kids, talking more, and making eye contact more frequently. Her therapists provide daily updates and Philip has been an excellent coordinator. He always listens to and address my questions and concerns. Great center!
