My sons been going to the ABS kids off 4th & Center , in rancho since June 2025. They have been so amazing when it comes to him! His BT Ray genuinely cares about him and his development. We have parent training with Joelle who has done an amazing job of tailoring his goals and really getting to know him. We have a great time working through the plans for my son, & he’s made so much progress the biggest being that he is now potty trained ! My son was misdiagnosed by this location. He went in for an autism diagnostic but was also diagnosed with IDD (an intellectual disorder). My son has always been one of The fastest learners in his class Per all of his teachers, so I was Really confused when she gave us this diagnosis. When we were in her office for the diagnostic testing, She Offered to also do a IQ test. My first question when she asked if we wanted to do this was, How will this work since he has speech delays? If I could give it ZERO STARS I would. Terrible place. They literally could care less about helping your kid. They want you to accept what they offer at the first go without giving a shit about what the family has been through to even get started with ABA. I had to do all the work and literally were trying to manipulate me to accept in center even after telling them how horrible their reviews were and were trying to guilt trip me into it. For the love of God, do not go to any ABS Kids company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was trying to get the proper care for my child, but all they are is complete money hungry. They have told me that my child’s services were free and then I got 3 HUGE bills and we have to pay it out of pocket. They need to be more organized and state what is actually going on and what goes around in this company. If you’re looking for a company that genuinely cares about your child — look elsewhere. ABS Kids has been one of the most disappointing and damaging experiences we’ve had. It became clear very quickly that their top priority is maximizing billable hours, not supporting children or families in a meaningful, ethical way. They pushed relentlessly to schedule more hours, regardless of how overwhelmed my child was.
