In this place, THEY DONT CARE about the kids. The only thing they care about is continuing to charge for each child’s insurance policy. The HR team is terrible, she never responds to messages and is always on vacation. The person handling the schedule is always late replying. If you want a place where your therapist doesn’t know how to properly treat a child, this is the place to get the service. I worked here, and I do NOT recommend it. They simply don’t care about the children.
For the love of God, do not go to any ABS Kids company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was trying to get the proper care for my child, but all they are is complete money hungry. They have told me that my child’s services were free and then I got 3 HUGE bills and we have to pay it out of pocket. They need to be more organized and state what is actually going on and what goes around in this company. If you’re looking for a company that genuinely cares about your child — look elsewhere. ABS Kids has been one of the most disappointing and damaging experiences we’ve had. It became clear very quickly that their top priority is maximizing billable hours, not supporting children or families in a meaningful, ethical way. The wait to get service was pretty long, but I’m so happy with how my daughter is progressing. She has been receiving therapy for about 6 weeks and she’s becoming social with other kids, talking more, and making eye contact more frequently. Her therapists provide daily updates and Philip has been an excellent coordinator. He always listens to and address my questions and concerns. Great center!
Absolutely amazing! My child has been receiving ABA therapy here and he looks forward to coming to "school" everyday! He loves Mia, his favored BT. She's amazing! She's made such an impact on my son, she takes teaching him and learning his behaviors and unique needs to heart and helps me learn positive ways to help him at home as well!
