I love the staff at the Bush River location. They don't hesitate to call to let me know if anything goes wrong with my son. Everyone knows each child and my son absolutely loves going which is a big deal. Thanks to everyone there for always helping out and taking good care of my son while he is there.
After 2 years of being on various waiting lists...I had an actual diagnosis only 4 months after my first contact. 2-3 of those months was on the waiting list (much shorter than most companies). Once it was my sons turn...the process for the diagnosis was very painless, informational and pretty fast. Highly recommended. Staff was nice, gave tour, and was very welcoming (which is not always your experience when you enter a business with a child with autism). My daughter recently started attending full time at ABS kids. So far it has been a really good experience. Everyone we come into contact with, not just her RBTs, know her by name. The staff seems to be very nurturing and patient. We can't wait to see the progress my daughter makes there.
My daughter has been a client with ABS since August of this year and has made an amazing amount of progress. The staff there are sweet, direct but kind with communicating and working with kids. As a first time parent with a child that has autism, it has been rough but the consistency and positive reinforcement and redirection has helped and she absolutely lovesssss it there
Dr. Fiona Balsa was the absolute best. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyed working with my son. She diagnosed him with Level 2 Autism and broke down why she gave that diagnosis. I highly recommend her.
