I was referred to Abundant Heaven, specifically to see Michael Brown thru a good friend. I was very skeptical at first about acupuncture and extremely nervous because I’m deathly afraid of needles. My lower back pain after a series of physical therapy sessions and and epidural shot in my lower back did not help much with my lower back pain. It was very temporary. So after much deliberation with myself I decided to try acupuncture at Abundant Heaven with Michael as my doctor. First and foremost, Michael has such a calming demeanor and was so very understanding and patient of my anxiety of needles and being claustrophobic he made me feel so at ease that I could let my guard down and was finally open to trying acupuncture. I can’t say enough good things about Michael and Abundant Heaven. His knowledge of alternative Chinese medicine is amazing and comforting. His expertise on doing acupuncture is phenomenal! Michael starts out the session with an amazing massage which relaxes your mind and body which in turn helps when its time for the acupuncture part of the session. Michael is very gentle, and honestly I rarely had a moment where I felt I needed him to stop or discontinue the session, but if I ever did need to stop, which never occurred, I knew Michael would never be impatient with me or try to force me to continue. That made me feel so at ease that I not only looked forward to my sessions with Michael but have never felt better! My lower back and right shoulder have responded so well to acupuncture, that I’m standing upright and feeling good and back to exercising because of Michael and Abundant Heaven. I would highly recommend going to Abundant Heaven and giving acupuncture a try especially when traditional medicine fails. I can’t thank Michael enough for helping me and since I’m feeling so much better physically and mentally I don’t need as many visits now because of how well I’m doing, but will continue to go to acupuncture with Michael at Abundant Heaven for maintenance when needed so I can keep feeling this good. I highly recommend Michael and his wife Jessica, they are amazing! If you are at your wits end with pain and had to make the choice today to see an alternative medicine doctor, GO TO ABUNDANT HEAVEN ASAP! Michael is a wonderful practitioner! I started seeing him for female health issues related to hormones, stress and excruciating cramps. With each appointment, he gives a thorough assessment and Is always kind and educational whenever I have concerns or questions. Oftentimes, I’ll ask for resources and references for products and everything related to my health, and he will email his findings to me. After 6-7 months of visiting MIchael on a weekly basis, my symptoms and stress dampened dramatically. Not only is he knowledgeable about acupuncture, he is well-rounded in Wellness and has helped me with headaches, muscle tension/weakness, chronic digestive pain and more. I recommend Abundant Heaven to everyone in need of wellness support.

Jessica and Michael are wonderful! They are very welcoming and always willing to answer questions and do differs things based on how I'm feeling at each visit. I came to Jessica after a year of chronic back pain that nothing seemed to help. I had physical therapy, over the counter pain medications and once they figured out I had bulging discs corticosteroids- both pills and an epidural. Nothing worked. When I came to them I was desperate and willing to try anything. Over the last 5 months using a variety of techniques- acupuncture, Chinese massage and craniosacral therapy-Jessica has brought my pain levels down from 7 (out of 10) to near zero. I am back to physical therapy working on building back muscles and posture to better support my hips and spine. And I can now tell when I'm sore from using new muscles rather than pain from my pinched sciatic nerve. I can't thank them enough!

Jessica and Michael are amazing practitioners!!!! They are very professional, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Acupuncture, along with other treatments Craniosacral, herbal formulas and massage has helped me take care of Neck tension, Lower back pain, knee pain. I am a pilates and Yoga trainer. I stand and talk for long hours and carry lot of tension in my neck. My neck tension always calms down after Jessica’s craniosacral treatment. I am a huge fun of craniosacral work. Jessica is very detail oriented. I do not have serious injuries but occasionally end up getting back, hip and knee discomfort due to long hours of standing and driving. Jessica’s treatments are right on target. She is very detail oriented and a healer. I am totally convinced in the healing powers of acupuncture and Craniosacral treatments. I have learnt so much from her and I go to her every week to fine tune my body so I can continue doing what I like to do the most. I Highly recommend them!!!!!!
