AC Designs continues to deliver over the years. I had an issue over the weekend, and they promptly responded. The office kept me posted on arrival times with both texts and calls. The Tech, Alex, was very professional and efficient and had me up and running in no time. And even though the service call was on a Sunday, the rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend AC Designs!
Installed a new HVAC system and performed some vent work. Had it installed and ready to go in about six hours. Cleaned as they worked. Very professional business. Great prices. Offered labor warranty as well! System works fantastic.
RJ our technician was absolutely amazing. He took his time to care for a brand new home AC unit. He explained everything in great detail. He also offered ways to keep our AC running even longer which we did moving forward. A/C design's Cody was very thorough and able to identify opportunities to repair Systems sending alarm codes he was able to detect. AC Design is lucky to have his ability to diagnosis areas of HVAC codes disruption when systems start to downgrade. Great job to service. Glad I bought the 10 year parts and labor warranty. Make sure to get one our HVAC have become computer and HVC systems.
