I noticed a work van for this company at a neighbor’s house a few times of the last year or so. Assuming someone was doing a good job to earn repeat business, I made note of the phone number. The bathroom exhaust fan in one of our bathrooms wasn’t doing the job anymore. I called Jose on Tuesday. He was at our house on Thursday to give a quote and completed the job the following day. Jose Mondragon is the most reliable, responsive, dependable, and trustworthy general contractor I have ever worked with. He raises the description of hard work to a whole new level. If there is something that he can't do I haven't found it yet. Jose worked for me on two recent projects. Jose and his team did a tremendous job on my sunroom.. his work was professional and he took his time to do things right. his work was extremely thorough and well planned out and he took the time to make sure that all of his work was done exactly how i wanted it. he cleaned up every night and made sure that all trash was removed and nothing was laying in the yard.. he was on time and dependable.. his work is very reasonable and done with care and quality.. i plan to utilize him on plenty more work i have coming up in the fut... read more

When planning a bathroom renovation 6 years ago Jose came highly recommended. He has since renovated a bathroom, a kitchen, built a pergola, prepped my house for sale, and just completed a second kitchen for me. Jose and his team are workmen worthy of their hire! They are professional, prompt, accommodating, very personable and pleasant, and trustworthy. I can’t say enough! I was so appreciative that they cleaned up after themselves every night and always showed up when they said they would. They do very nice work and they stand behind their work.
