Apartments are nice inside and building is only 1 year old. Perhaps the screening process needs improvement. Some residents prop open security doors. Some do not properly clean up pet wastes, leave trails of food and drinks, litter and destroy door handles. Maintenence cleans regularly but have an uphill battle. No smoking ordinance seems to be trivialized by a few tiny no smoking signs for the entire property. Some residents try to comply with property rules but others blatantly disregard. Kailey monckton the manager is towing vehicles with out letting tenants know. Kailey gives no warning. Biltmore properties rules are to give notice before towing Kailey Monckton doesn't. Even when ur parked in the right spot and have permit for parking. This is what you can look forward to. It's a nice place to live BUT you have to PUT UP with Kailey Monckton manager. Hard to do.
I live in the neighborhood and noticed this. It’s a beautiful new building. I suggest handling the pigeon problem before it ruins it even if it is the backside.
