I’ve seen Dr. Becker on three occasions and have been perfectly satisfied with each visit. I have never had to wait for any length of time in either the waiting room or in the examination room for the doctor. He is personable, thorough, and efficient. He took the time to explain All the factors relevant to my condition. Again, three visits and perfect every time so I guess I actually owe them 15 stars..
Furniture delivery people came to my house over an hour early without notice, conveniently when I was going to leave for my appointment with Dr. Becker. I showed up late and they were still able to squeeze me in even though their schedule was completely booked. They still smiled and took their time with me. Not many offices will do this nowadays. Very grateful and definitely will be bragging about this office!
I had the privilege of taking my son to see Dr. Kenneth Becker, and I am beyond impressed with the care he received. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, which made the whole experience so much easier. Don’t have enough good things to say about this place- both the palm harbor and Clearwater locations were extremely accommodating and kind towards me. They even did everything they could to lower the already extremely affordable price of my procedure when they certainly didn’t “have” to. Most wouldn’t do that. Dr. Becker was great. Highly recommend.
This place is terrible! I have tried to go there several times, and almost every time was a problem. Most recently, they wouldn't check my insurance on the phone. I had to go to the appointment for them to tell me I was out of network. I agreed to have a cyst removed anyway since I had been there about it before, and had it evaluated. They then tell me I am not scheduled for that, and probably would be able to do it today even though that is what I specifically asked for when I made the appointment.
