I’m always very nervous going to a new provider but I am so happy I found this clinic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the provider, April, and her assistant were phenomenal. Very thorough and gentle with great bedside manner. Highly recommended!
Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife had a procedure done and they were supposed to call in the medicine. When trying to pick.it up, they said it had not been called in. Tried calling the office multiple times. Over the few days No answer. No returned calls. I had to leave work early to go to the office in person, because they wouldn't return calls or answer messages. When I showed up before closing time no one was there.
