Everyone in the office is so nice! Office is clean too. The appointments are very efficient and not time-consuming like other doctor offices can be. Frank and the other physician assistants are great! I was somewhat scared to go to the dermatologist until I met the staff here. They make you feel comfortable and genuinely care about helping you with any skincare concern.
Today was my first experience here at Academic alliance in Dermatology the doctor was amazing. He was very understanding. He gave me a lot of tips on things that I should not eat at the moment due to the allergy reaction that I had the two beautiful women at the front desk was also amazing. They also gave me some information that was very helpful and also gave me some samples for my skin.
I can't speak highly enough about my experience at Academic alliance! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person. Horrible Experience. Nurse kept placing her hand on the door nob as I was trying to explain my concerns, clearly trying to leave and annoyed that I wanted more than 2 seconds of her time. She failed to address any of my concerns and shuffled me out the door as fast as she could.
This group is the most awesome team work I have ever seen in medical practice. Thank you so much from Elly @ scheduling to the PA and Shante check out everyone has such a great upbeat- I wanna take care you attitude -. this visit was most def worth the drive.
