I had a great appointment with Frank Navarra PA. He was professional and extremely thorough with my skin check. Took his time looking over my body and explained his findings especially with my history of previous skin cancers. Additionally, he removed several skin tags. It has been 24 hours and I have zero discomfort or pain. The receptionists were personable and professional. The front desk staff is awesome however the Dr is all for big pharma, he has no beside manner, he doesn’t review you file before coming into the room, he yelled at me in the hall because I did not agree with his services. He doesn’t review patient history and does care about his patients but he does want to inject you with something that’s cost $175 that you don’t need but he wouldnt know because he doesn’t care to know. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION if you care about yourself.

This was the first time my Fiancé Marla, and I visited this facility for a skin cancer screening. I have to say that I'm updating this review because Marla did NOT receive a full body screening like we went there for. She did get treated on her lower legs for the immediate concern. Just left the office. EVERYONE is there to HELP! I seen Frank, you know when doctors are passionate about helping you and when they are not. Not only did Frank explain my situation very clearly, but created a gameplan on how we are going to get relief. Very thankful for Frank and his team.
The Valrico office is the best! All the admin girls are so sweet, organized and on top of it. Frank, PA & his medical assistants are all extremely thorough and do a great job of examining and explaining. I highly recommend this office! Thanks for consistently great service.
