I can’t rave enough about the customer service experience that they provide! From my initial call to my diagnostic appointment, it’s incredibly apparent that they value a level of professionalism and service you don’t often find. Cody was super personable and thorough in educating me on my HVAC issues. They were referred to me by a friend, and I can’t say enough good things. Pricing is fair and detailed too!
Alex was able to schedule the service call within a time window that fit my schedule. Trevor was easy going yet professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the faulty heat strip contactor and tested it asap. Hopefully the replacement will last longer than the original; one year.
With my AC unit making such a loud clanking noise where it wakes me in the night, I did not expect the technician to say "it is what it is" or "that's between you and Carrier". Besides him dismissing the issue the technician was so unprofessional! Unbelievably unprofessional from the time I greeted him at the front door, until the time he crouched in my living room to complete his service call. Cody and his team showed up same day on short notice. They were able to do a temporary fix to get my family heat until the replacement part came in. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!
Best service ever! The technician that came out and completed warranty repairs was extremely thorough and very professional. He explained everything to a tee, and I can tell that he optimized the system. Calling for scheduling/questions was also easier than any company I’ve ever dealt with. The employees I dealt with have great attitudes 10/10
