Every one was very accommodating, and kind. The only issue was that the oxygen concentrator supplied by the transport was drawing too much current, so could not be used. Without it, we could not travel (my mom required oxygen). Luckily I had a less powerful concentrator on hand, supplied by my mom's hospice care provider. We were able to use it, though I then had to send it back to Chicago. Not sure what we would have done if I hadn't had an extra concentrator. wanted to think this would be a great experience, but it was not. Very little communication from the company before the scheduled day of service, I had to ping them. Transfer from Medford, OR to Olympia, WA for my mom who has dementia. She is not medically fragile, but with COVID didn't want to risk anything. Over $7000! Promised meals, toileting, stops, videos and TV and stops along the way. Pickup at 7am. First stop to refuel and for breakfast. Gas station food. Atrocious. NO OTHER STOPS. Zero. Not even asking... read more

On October 22, 2021 ACC Medlink committed to provide an ambulance to transport us 5 days latter. I signed the contract with a $1000 deposit. Within 40 hours of contract on October 24, 2021 at 9:08 am I called ACC Medlink at 800 550 1025 spoke with Evelyn cancelling transport. I told her I recently had surgery and was concern for my and husband’s health. We are both elders and were to be going on an 8 hours ambulance drive with staff that would not wear mask and not tell us if vaccinated during this covid 19 pandemic. I bec... read more

So I booked my father to be transported from one state to the other. They were fine and I signed the contract . Then my father got Covid and we had to put the transfer on hold. They also told me that he would not be able to be transferred for at least 3 months (where is that in the cdc regs?). And then my father died and though they had plenty of lead time told me that I would lose the $1000 deposit. $1000 for absolutely nothing other than a reservation which was cancelled well in advance.
