Excellent Service, Professional Care of Patient
I had to move my father from Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Minneapolis, Minnesota. I did some research and found ACC Medlink on the internet. They had all the credentials for interstate travel. They were also certified for patient safety. The staff was outstanding. Very Positive Experience
I hired ACC Medlink to transport my mother from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to Washingtonville, New York. I don't remember the driver's name but he was a good guy. The paramedic was Michelle. She was very good. I can't express enough gratitude to them both. My mother was kept comfortable the whole way. The whole process was very good. The whole trip went better than I had expected. I had a very positive experience.

Professional, considerate, and sensitive.
This was our first experience with ACC Medlink. We needed to have a family member transported from Florida to Ohio. The people at ACC Medlink were most considerate, and very professional. They had the journey well planned out in advance. The trip was made as easy as possible. I was particularly impressed by how sensitive the nurse was to our family member's needs! I am very satisfied with ACC Medlink, and the quality of their services!
