From my first phone call, everyone involved with this company was so courteous, friendly and helpful. The whole process was so much easier than I had imagined. My sister, the patient, was very pleased with the employees who rode with her (who bought her lunch by the way)! I would highly recommend this company!!

Excellent service for my mother 440 miles between rehab and nursing facility. Staff/Crew was on point and communicated above expectation throughout entire process. Would hire this team to transport my mother again without hesitation. From scheduling with friendly attentive rep, coordination between facilities to drop off at new home everything was great!

I wanted to thank Deangelo Banks, medic , Kacey and Jared our drivers for getting my uncle safely from Washington DC to Seattle Washington. From the moment they arrived at the Rehab center , they were very nice and caring. My uncle had family there to say goodbye and FaceTime with his sons. They were patience with us as this was an emotional time for us. The only negative thing I could say , was that the medications that my uncle was to take for the next two days, were not with him. These wonderful people brought my brother, who has dementia and has limited communication ability and uses a wheelchair, from Florida to New Jersey. He arrived safe and happy. I will always be grateful to them for taking such good care of him. I would never have been able to transport him without them. He is now in a Veterans Home 15 minutes from my home. ACC Medlink was exactly what our family needed in a time of critical care! Their website is very detailed and staff was extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with when making arrangements. They had all paperwork and contracts signed with us so no time was wasted, and the crew identified themselves ahead of transport and kept in touch with us regularly over the 20 hour drive.
