I was extremely impressed with the care my brother received during his 15 hour transport from California to Idaho. Nurse Julie called me the day before transport to address any questions I had. My brother was traveling alone and I was apprehensive. She was very comforting. She kept me informed during the entire trip with texts and photos of my brother. They scheduled their trip to arrive at their destination at 10AM to accommodate the receiving facility. I couldnt be happier with the service we received.

The team that transported my mom from South Carolina to Indiana was fantastic. Hilda was very attentive to my mother during the trip. Rich and Casey were very professional as well as caring during the trip getting my mom home

I had to move my mother from Florida to New York. She was extremely ill and in a lot of pain. The thought of being in a medical transport for 18 hours under these circumstances filled me with dread. But, the nurse and drivers of this excellent crew alleviated my fears almost immediately. Jan was our nurse and it is impossible to imagine any person who could've cared for my mother and a more compassionate, dignified, loving and beautiful way. Sandra, kept in close contact with me the entire trip while transporting my dad. My mother was a passenger and not only caring for my father the entire trip, Sandra and the two drivers made sure that my mom was comfortable and remained in the loop with what was going on with my father. From my first phone call, everyone involved with this company was so courteous, friendly and helpful. The whole process was so much easier than I had imagined. My sister, the patient, was very pleased with the employees who rode with her (who bought her lunch by the way)! I would highly recommend this company!!

Excellent service for my mother 440 miles between rehab and nursing facility. Staff/Crew was on point and communicated above expectation throughout entire process. Would hire this team to transport my mother again without hesitation. From scheduling with friendly attentive rep, coordination between facilities to drop off at new home everything was great!

I wanted to thank Deangelo Banks, medic , Kacey and Jared our drivers for getting my uncle safely from Washington DC to Seattle Washington. From the moment they arrived at the Rehab center , they were very nice and caring. My uncle had family there to say goodbye and FaceTime with his sons. They were patience with us as this was an emotional time for us. The only negative thing I could say , was that the medications that my uncle was to take for the next two days, were not with him.
