All crew members were fantastic. Very friendly and very professional. Not only on time, they were a little early and took the initiative to pack up my mother's personal belongings before I arrived. The trip was on schedule per original estimate. My father was a passenger to keep my mother company and also because he could sleep during the trip (he's 87). Hilda, Rich, and Manuel made an awesome team. Hilda, my husbands nurse was caring and attentive during the entire 15 hour trip. Every request was met by an immediate response; she went out of her way to make sure my husband was comfortable and all his needs were met. Hilda competently took care of our dinner orders and all restroom stops. Rich and Manuel were equally helpful at all times. They were both excellent drivers. Julie took good care of my mother and I appreciated her compassion. Edwin helped with mom at the start too, but later was rigidly attached to the GPS. Maybe the drivers were just following company policy. If so, please change your policy and teach your drivers how to read a map.

Anyone needing ground medical transport service for a loved one should definitely consider using your services. The staffers assigned to my mom were professional, patient and kind. I felt sincere appreciation for their work. Mom had a stroke and needed to come to my home state almost nine hundred miles, something I didn't think I could do solo. The crew was very caring and nice to my mom. She called and said they took care of her for her 6 hour drive from SC to VA. They kept me informed of there of there schedule. I met them at the hospital and my mom gave the thumbs ups that she was ok. Excellent service.
