I was rather nervous, at first, because the transport team was running late, but once they showed up it was all business. The team was extremely professional, and knew exactly what they needed. They treated my mom and I with courtesy and compassion. I was extremely grateful for the entire group.
It was a stressful time, a long 20 hour trip, the vehicle is cramped tho adequate, but the caring professionalism of the crew was outstanding! drivers made great time, latisha the cna worked well with my stepdad. I really can't say enough about all of them. thank you for providing this service.

ACCMedlink transported my sister and her husband, both of whom are disabled and unable to walk, from rural Mississippi to Pennsylvania to an apartment near my home so that I can help care for them. Their compassion and positivity helped my sister and brother-in-law endure a 14-hour trip with entertainment and meals along the way. We cannot thank them enough for their excellent care. Thank you!
