My mom is almost 90 years and suffers from Cerebral Vascular Demetia. Her symptoms include loss of hearing, vision and balance. Your RN Lynn, the drivers Kris and Kacey did an amazing job of navigating the entire Eastern Seaboard. They treated my mother with courtesy, care and safety as if it was their own mother. Congrats on a major transportation done with excellence!!!
I contracted with ACC to transport my wife 550 miles to our home after she had a serious fall. The office staff was easy to work with in setting up the transport; communication was efficient and punctual. I was kept informed by the vehicle crew regarding their arrival time and the needs required to get my wife down steps and into the van. The driver and medical assistant were professional throughout the trip and kept us informed of their activity via cell phone. ACC Medlink provided great service getting my 89 year old, medically fragile mom from a very rural northern California location to the Portland, Oregon area - a 12+ hour drive. My mom had some bad experiences with ambulance transport between hospitals recently before taking this trip and she was quite anxious about it. But thanks to the positioning of the gurney that allowed her to sit up at an angle, and its comfort with a good mattress, support pillows etc, she slept comfortably for much of the journey! The entire staff was wonderful and made a stressful situation less stressful. They handled my aunts needs with grace and professionalism. They were a blessing to us and we are ever so thankful!
Great experience overall from start to finish. Crew was on time and very competent. Coordinators were easy to work with from booking to scheduling. No issues on the transport. Pricing was a little steep for a short straightforward transport but that was the only blemish on the experience.
I have to admit I thought ACC Medlink would be a leap of faith, bordering on stupidity, selecting from google search, prepaying, and trusting very time sensitive delivery of my mom across 3 states to check into a new A/L facility. I can't believe our good fortune. Expensive, yes, but allowed for friend to accompany my mom and take my mom's cat, cat accessories, wheel chair, walker, and some clothes. The crew was awesome very good at what they do and the nurse chris was very good at his job went above and beyond to make my dad comfortable no complaints at all about the transport team my only complaint about the company is they dropped the ball on communication when it came to getting delayed do to a van breaking down and not letting me know when they where going to transport us luckely I called and they got it figured out and it only delayed us by 6 hours so over all I'm very happy with our experience and would highly re... read more
