Helen, who helped arrange transportation from North Little Rock to Okla City was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She was amazing! The transport crew was amazing kept us updated throughout the trip. Julie, the nurse on board was awesome and provided excellent care to my in-laws! I would highly recommend ACCMedlink to anyone needing elder care transportation!

Every person I spoke to prior to the transportation and during the transportation was a pleasure to deal with. The whole team , especially Maria, were very kind and professional. We felt safe in transporting my mother. Maria took the time to entertain and deal with my mom.

ACCMedlink did a fabulous job coordinating the move between two facilities for our mother with no issues. Nurse Julie, Drivers Kelon and Damon were excellent in their demeanor with our mother, their professionalism, their treatment of mom, and keeping us informed all along the way! I had never had to do a medical transfer. I did research on four different companies and chose ACC/Medlink. If you're looking you can stop now. They recued my brother. They were caring and compassionate and made the transfer as smooth as possible. I'm very grateful!!
