From the time we chose MedLink they were compassionate and efficient sharing information re their services which supported our needs. The team arrived on time and worked well together as we left the hospital room and loaded into the van. Comfort for my daughter who has a C1injury was paramount. Medlink and the crew took great care of my mother with great patience and humor. Moving her from state to state seemed impossible given my mother's medical needs and Medlink made it possible and less stressful. Mom is closeby now and her last days can be calmer.

Nurse Lisa was so personable to my brother. She kept me informed the whole 16 hours. She was awesome when I met them at the nursing my brother was coming too. Helped with everything. The drivers were awesome.

They stopped often enough for food, and bathroom breaks and even bought our food which was unexpected. The over all trip was great. The staff was very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink!

I can't say enough how wonderful this experience was for both my ill husband and myself. From the time I called the company and spoke to Maria to the time the crew showed up on time to the Hospice House to transport my husband home. It was a 20 hour ride from Sarasota Florida to Albany NY. My husband wanted to go back home for home hospice to his family and the crew took great care of us all the way home. I highly recommend this transport company. They go above and beyond for their patience and the family.
